Join our resident florist‚ Jen Edwards for this engaging and practical 5-week short course. With 1 session held every Friday night for 5 weeks, we will take you through the basics of floristry principles and at the end of each week’s session, you get to take home your creation.
Week 1 -Pastel Posy
This week you will gain professional first hand knowledge on how to create and make an elegant, perfumed posy of seasonal flowers. With beautiful roses and freesias in soft white and pink tones arranged in a smokey grey vase.
Week 2 – Bright Bouquet
Together with your trained florist you’ll be taken through each step of creating a bright and vibrant front facing bouquet using a stunning range of lilies, gerberas, snapdragons, roses and tropical foliage in a beautiful take home glass vase. The skills learned in this class will give you the knowledge to create your own vased bouquet at home!
Week 3 – “Tussie mussie‘ vibe
You’ll love this week! It’s all about the placement of flowers and discussing elements and principles of design within arrangements using squat vases. You’ll learn to create a beautiful, classic arrangements with white roses, white kale, mini white Gerberas with green trick and a range of stunning green garden foliage.
Week 4 – Native Bunch
This week is all about the native vibe, creating a wild bunch that will last for weeks, using both Australian native and non-native flowers displayed in a stunning modern grey vase.
Week 5 – Forever Flowers
Finishing off our five week workshop with a dried flower bouquet that will last forever! In a Freya green pot you will create a beautiful bunch using a mix of soft, pastel colours.

We are located right next to Chatham train station (Belgrave-Lilydale line). There is also free parking available in the side street and at the train station.
